ONLINE ORDERS
STEP 1: Go to 'Prices/Order' page to view our electric heating options. You need Mastercard or Visa (we do not accept Amex).
STEP 2: Type a quantity next to any model of panel heater you want and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have clicked the Add to Cart button, the quantity disappears from the box you typed it into. Do this for each model of heater you want to purchase.
STEP 3: Click the 'Checkout' button (right hand side).
STEP 4: Your shopping cart contents will be displayed and you will be asked to enter payment details or change quantity.
STEP 5: Enter your contact details and delivery details. If you want your order delivered even with no one at your specified delivery address, then please specify in the 'Comments' field where to leave your order, and you must include the words "No signature required". Click 'Continue'.
STEP 6: Add credit card details and click 'Purchase'.
STEP 7: You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order (this is your tax invoice).
TELEPHONE ORDERS
Phone us on 04 938 HEAT (04 938 4328). Provide us with your delivery details, the models you wish to purchase and credit card details (Mastercard or Visa only). If you do not have a Mastercard or Visa you can deposit money into our bank account (internet, telephone or personal banking) or post us a cheque. Our bank account number is 06-0507-0107069-00. If paying into our account please use your surname and/or phone number as reference/code.
MAIL ORDERS
Post us a cheque with all your delivery details and models of panel heaters you wish to purchase. Our postal address for cheque payments is P.O. Box 22-377, Wellington 6441.

Orders are normally despatched one more business day after that. For internet orders we will email you on the day your order is expected to be sent. For phone orders we will advise you when we speak to you. For mail orders we will email or phone you the day after we have banked your cheque |

The handling and delivery charge is $10.00 per panel no matter where you live in New Zealand, or how many panels you buy |

We prefer a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the delivery. Otherwise it is possible that a card will be left by the driver advising where you can collect your order from |

DELIVERY TIMES
Expected delivery timeframes are as follows, weather permitting. These timeframes are calculated from the day we despatch, NOT the day you place your order. Hence total elapsed time from placing your order can be up to two business days longer than specified here.

Due to the weight and size of the ECONO-HEAT® panel heater, it is not economical to offer an overnight morning delivery courier service.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event of a panel having a fault we will replace it. We are unable to exchange panels that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Panels must be returned in their received condition with full details of the purchase (our tax invoice will suffice for this). You may return your purchase for a replacement for the following reasons:

The product does not match what you ordered |

The product is damaged |

The product is faulty or defective |
If we are unable to replace your purchase as per this policy we will fully refund the cost of your purchase (plus freight).
When returning a panel for replacement or refund we will advise where to send your return to. Please contact us by phone and/or email prior to returning any goods.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Cancelling your order
If you decide after making your purchase that you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately by phone 04 938 4328 and by email to sales@econo-heat.co.nz. We usually process orders early in the morning of the day after payment has been received. Once the item has been sent we do not refund items. |
